Manicaland Hospitality Industry recorded a decline in business during the first quarter of the year 2023 as many public holidays reduced the demand for occupancy in hotels conference rooms. Hospitality Association Manicaland Chapter president Mr. Adonis Mutigwe said they are working towards developing standard hotel and high-capacity conferencing infrastructure so as to enhance the city’s tourism attractiveness as more events and meetings are scheduled to take place for the rest of the year.
