Mutasa South legislator Hon Misheck Mugadza has called for coexistence of the mining and tourism sectors in order to grow the provincial Gross Domestic Product. Speaking to the journalists from various media houses recently, Hon Mugadza said there is need for discipline among players from both sectors to understand that coexistence in execution of their businesses is paramount for economic growth of the province. His sentiments follow concerns raised by some stakeholders that some artisanal miners’ activities are encroaching into boundaries of some tourism facilities in the constituency and the province at large.
