Nineteen more suspected cholera cases have been recorded in Manicaland as of 22 April, bringing the provincial total to 151. According to yesterday's Zimbabwe Situation Report on Cholera released by the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC), 14 cases were reported in Chimanimani while five were recorded in Chipinge. Chimanimani and Chipinge districts remain cholera hotspots in the nation. To date one patient is hospitalized in Chimanimani while another is hospitalized in Mutare. Meanwhile, the province also recorded a total of 18 recoveries yesterday, according to the report.
