The Judiciary Services Commission says all political parties are obliged to ensure conditions paramount for peaceful, free and fair harmonized election this year.
Officiating the opening of the 2023 legal year at Mutare High court , Constitutional Court Judge, Justice Paddington Garwe called on all political parties and other stakeholders to observe the rights entitled to every citizen during this year's election period.
He added that the Judiciary expects the rule of law to prevail during the imminent campaign period to ensure credible elections
