Manicaland provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister, Hon Nokuthula Matsikenyere has applauded a local sportswear company for offering services aimed at promoting sporting activities in Manicaland.

Speaking during the launch of Range Sports Branch in Mutare yesterday, Hon Matsikenyere said sporting activities are paramount in curtailing drug and substance abuse among young people.

Meanwhile Range Sports manager Rtd Brigadier General Amos Svovanepasi said it is part of their long term plan to sponsor with sportswear and equipment to at least one boys and one girls team per district in Manicaland.
