The Zanu-pf Youth League in Manicaland has adopted the Nharira Secondary school’s reforestation project recently launched in Marange District.
Speaking during the belated National Tree Planting Day commemorations that were held at Nharira Secondary School in Marange, Deputy National Political Commissar in the Youth League, Cde Taurai Kundishaya pledged the Youth League’s support towards the cause, saying 100 fruit trees will be donated towards the school’s orchard with hope that every school in Marange should have an orchard.
Meanwhile, Manicaland Provincial Party Chairperson, Cde Tawanda Mukodza applauded Acting Chief Marange for spearheading the project saying it is in accordance with the President’s mantra that a country is built by its citizens.
