Honde villagers encouraged to continue Brigadier General Kaneta's legacy

The Minister of state for Provincial Affairs and Devolution Hon Nokuthula Matsikenyere has encouraged villagers in Honde Valley to continue working to uplift the legacy left behind by the late Brigadier General Charles Kaneta in their community. She made the remarks during a memorial service held at the late national hero's rural homestead in Munyuku village yesterday where she said developmental projects left behind should continue to progress for the betterment of the family and the community at large. Hon Matsikenyere further hailed President Mnangagwa and the Zanu PF leaders for according the late Brigadier General Kaneta a hero status. Brigadier General Kaneta will be buried at the National Shrine on Saturday joining other luminaries who served the country with distinction.
