Tariro Foundation Zimbabwe has hailed government for implementing the national disability policy and ensuring that through its implementation in different sectors and organizations disabled persons in the province get recognition. In an interview, Tariro Foundation Zimbabwe Director, Mr Godfrey Dzveta lobbied government to fully fund the policy and monitor that organizations comply to it as only line ministries are aware, with several other organizations displaying lack knowledge of the policy. He added that through its launch last year in July several disabled people have benefited from the policy.
