Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences Tourism Club donated goods and clothing to Fairfield Children’s home at Old Mutare Mission as part of its efforts to alleviate challenges being faced in such institutions. In an interview, Club Patron Dr Weston Govere said while their aim is to promote and develop domestic tourism as a major social economic activity they are also reaching out to the less privileged in society. Meanwhile, Home Administrator Reverend Juliet Mwarumba appreciated the kind gesture saying it will go a long way in assisting the children mostly those who are still in colleges.
