The National Social Security Authority says its mobile clinic outreach programme is set to service Manicaland next month to enable pensioners gain easy access to health care services and medication for chronic illnesses.

In an interview, NSSA Manicaland Liaison Officer Mr Samuel Magwegwe said the clinic will be equipped with doctors and nurses, adding that the program which is free of charge, will be rolled out in all the seven districts of the province in a bid to enhance welfare of pensioners through non-monetary benefits.

He added that plans are under way to establish health care centres and secure mobile clinics specifically for the province in a bid to lessen the financial burden on pensioners when seeking health care services
