Development partners have been called to be transparent and consult local authorities of the areas they want to give aid in. Mutare Rural District Chief Executive Qfficer Mr Shepherd Chinaka said the development partners should let known the budgets they have so that the aid reaches the intended beneficiaries. He added that to avoid duplication of efforts, as Ministry of Local Government they now have a mandate to allocate development partners areas to conduct their services.
