Those who spoke bemoaned the challenge saying their hopes of boosting sales during the festive holidays due to high demand for goods and services have been thwarted. Meanwhile Ward 26 Councilor Lyno Mawoyo said they engaged with the responsible authorities but the situation has not been attended to yet.
