Simukai & Plan set project to enhance access to SHRS for girls in Mutare & Chipinge rural districts

A local organization, Simukayi Child Rights Protection Programme in collaboration with Plan International has implemented a project aimed at enhancing access to sexual reproductive health services for girls and young women in Mutare and Chipinge rural districts. Project Officer for the Access to Sexual Reproductive Health Services for girls and young women in Manicaland project, Kudzayi Maokomatanda said they have developed information and education communication material to be distributed to local clinics  to address the sexual reproductive needs of both married and single women in Mutare and Chipinge rural districts.She added that they are also distributing family planning methods through collaborative efforts from the Ministry of Health and Child care(MHOCC) and Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council(ZNFPC).
